About
We started with Sandra Rials Appraisal Review & Consulting, who had more than 30 years of appraisal services, including 11-years as a Review Appraiser with the Texas Department of Transportation. Lisa and Ray were both supervised by Sandy Rials, receiving their Certified Real Estate Appraisal Licenses, established Rials Appraisal Review and Consulting.
Our business is certified as a Disadvantage Business Enterprise (DBE), Small Business Enterprise (SBE) and Historically Underutilized Business (HUB).
We received the Employer of the Year 2022 from the International Right of Way – Chapter 74 (Austin).
